i saw the king’s speech last night and was automatically drawn to the beautiful room in which lionel (played by geoffrey rush) had his practice. distressed wallpaper, striking windows, ornate yet sparse furniture, chunky intricate moldings and a solarium-like ceiling were all eye candy to me during this wonderful film.
